1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or over a verified phone call.
  • A booking advance may be required to confirm the service.
  • Full payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.

2. Packing & Handling

  • While we ensure the highest care in packing, handling, and transport, we request clients to declare high-value or fragile items beforehand.
  • The company is not liable for any damage caused due to improper packing by the customer.

3. Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather, strikes, or accidents may cause delays.
  • Puranvi Packers and Transport shall not be held responsible for delays due to force majeure.

4. Inventory & Liability

  • A detailed list of goods should be shared by the customer prior to the move.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos and a written complaint.

5. Storage Services

  • Goods stored at our facility are at the customer’s risk unless insured.
  • Monthly storage fees must be paid in advance. Failure to do so may result in termination of storage agreement and disposal of goods after due notice.

6. Vehicle Transport

  • We take utmost care in transporting vehicles, but minor scratches or damage during transit are not covered unless insurance is opted for.
  • Fuel, keys, and original documents should not be left inside the vehicle.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
